Terms of Service

The service

Reloops lets you manage contacts and send marketing, automated and transactional email from your own domain. We may change or improve features over time.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password and API keys safe and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of your teammates.

Plans and billing

Reloops is a paid service with no free plan. Plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars through Stripe, and taxes are added where they apply. Prices are shown on our website, and each plan includes a monthly number of emails.

Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method when you start it. When the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged automatically and renews every month, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. If you change plan, the difference is prorated. If a payment fails, we may suspend sending until it is resolved. If we change prices, we will tell you before the change affects your next renewal.

Sending limits

When you reach the monthly emails in your plan, new sends stop and stay queued until the next month or until you upgrade. We warn you at 80% and at 100% of your limit.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for your contacts and your emails, and for following the laws that apply to them, such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM and CASL. You must have permission to email the people on your lists. You must not use Reloops to:

• Send spam or email to purchased, rented or scraped lists
• Send phishing, malware, or deceptive or illegal content
• Impersonate another person or company
• Remove or hide the unsubscribe link in marketing email
• Damage the service or the sending reputation of other customers

Suspension

We may suspend sending or close an account that breaks these terms, puts deliverability at risk through high bounce or complaint rates, or does not pay. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first.

Your content

Your contacts and emails remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only as needed to provide the service. If your content includes personal data, we process it on your behalf and following your instructions.

Availability

We work to keep Reloops available and to deliver your email, but we provide the service as it is. We do not guarantee that it will never be interrupted or that every email will reach the inbox, since delivery also depends on your content, your domain and the receiving servers.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we will update the date on this page, and we will tell you before significant changes take effect. These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any question, write to hello@reloops.email.
